MILF EP is as the name suggests a beautiful, mature and loved EP that features four tracks of superbly crafted techno funk. The over all vibe is very Detroit, very Saunderson, May and Atkins, but there are plenty of Drexciya, Fuse, Octave one references to keep the purist happy and entice the new soul towards the light of hope and inspiration that only Detroit techno shines. The Electro of Compunta Mankira is sheer schizoid fueled funk and is equally at home in Rotterdam as it is in Detroit and the soul and melody of Clown tears and Coffee at Sundown fits neatly into the Detroit techno renaissance whilst Pompeii is nothing but a piece of golden oldie class, a fitting a proper testament to the depth and quality of Detroit from Motown to underground resistance. MILF EP is a Future Classic in the making and Rabid Romancer is just a dirty, dirty boy that if he didn't make such sublime music would be put down to stop spreading his disease.
