Edits seem to be all the rage at the moment, so when our homeboy and man-about-London-town 'Jnr J' aka 'Elijah Collins' hit us with these two Champagne edits, we simply had to say YES! First up is 'Love's Down' - an irresistible groover that weaves it's way through many a filter pass, percussively building until popping it's cork with a Champagne vocalgasm climax... aaaah! On the flipside we have 'Shakedown' - a rather more salubrious affair that cleverly loops 'n grooves it's way through 5 minutes of filtering phasing synth-funkatron badness. Of course the crate-diggers amongst you will probably recognise these two Boogie jams straight away but with 'Collins & Nist' at the software controls, they're now ready to be aired in clubland once again... hold on to your Mullets!
