Mark is one of the most promising young talents of the underground scene in the musically cultured city of Manchester (UK).
Having started producing from the age of 13, Mark has submerged himself in underground electronic music. Five years later in 2012, the gifted youngster finds himself in a new direction as part of the illustrious Purp & Soul team.
Now aged 18, his EP is getting support from names such as: Noir, Andre Crom, Luis Carrasco, Made To Move, No Artificial Colours, Nobody Knows, The Mekanism, Matt Fear, Cera Alba & more.
The lead track strides in with a infectious vocal loop and licks of guitar and synth, the bass speaks for itself, energetic and powerful it carries the track, stirring up a frenzy in any listener. Miguel Puente's rendition keeps a lot of the same character as the original and adds a stab lead bass with 808 sub undertones. The live sounding hats give a retro feel, finally a high pitched synth captures you towards the 5minute mark, just as you thought the track didn't have anything left in it's hand.
The b-side sees Mark collaborating with his good friends Tom Brady and Dan Ready. A hypnotic vocal is ushered in with warm pads and strings, the beat is clean and punchy, an upfront track that brings some serious energy to the release. Label boss Ben Pearce is on remix duties goes deeper with an acid tinged cut of chest shaking 808 subs and vocal cuts.
