Boe Digits two takes a quick step to the left with a cutting edge future garage release from new artists Cromie and JRapp. Cromie has been bubbling under on soundcloud over the last year or so with his broken dubby beats and wild grime synths. Cromie teams up with his buddy JRapp on How I Know, a crossover anthem with chords that would appease fans of Cosmin TRG layered with a well used vocal that would go down well with the New York garage heads. The second track showcases Cromie's deeper side. Broken 2 step beats and a bone rattling baseline are the order of the day here. It doesn't sound too far removed from the Tyrant sound of the early 00's. Overall a fine addition to the fledgling Boe Digits catalogue, proving there are new sounds out there that still have the raw feeling of what these scene was built from....
