Stunning soulful electronica from a band set to be amongst the most significant discoveries of 2011 & remixes from Evil Nine, TWR72 & Jean Nipon who take the track to the dancefloor It's been highlighted by certain factors of the media that we tend to get rather smug in our press releases. Those people should probably look away now. Look at us, we signed a band... And Dems are incredibly good. This brand-new London three-piece of multi-instrumentalists David Gardener, Duncan Mann and Dan Moss make stirring electronica embellished with interweaving melodies, elements of warp-esque IDM and the kind of bone-rattling bass now synonymous with their city. Evil Nine continue their fine Bad Life form with a powerful, melodic and typically genre-defying rework. TWR72's Future Tool was as big as they come, and their return to our label sees them doing what they do best: a massive slice of their unmistakable brand of stripped down future techno. We're rather proud of this package, and you'll see why in the final remix where Jean Nipon has created a beautiful piece of off-kilter electronica. Radio support has so far come on BBC Radio 1 from Rob da Bank alongside consistent support from Jaymo & Andy George. As a rule XFM's Eddy Temple Morris gets on things first - and Dems has been no exception, with him featuring the original almost weekly of late.
