Trent McDermott's first release on Molecule consists of two very different tracks. On the A we have 'For What It's Worth'; sharp and crisp percussion underpins an acid house inspired groove which keeps on morphing and mutating incessently with slick FX crescendos and an amazing payoff post-break. 'Stars Can't Shine Without Darkness' is way more minimal techno in style with jagged synth stabs and a rolling sequencer line which opens right up at the break. Think heat, strobes and smoke and you're there. Solid.
