Renowned for their musical versatility, The Inhabitants production duo team up with vocalist extraordinaire Tempo O’ Neil for a dance crossover extravaganza. Tempo, who is no stranger to versatility himself, has been lending his vocal talents to the dance music scene since the mid-nineties, as well as producing his own material. With releases on labels such as Tuff Jam, Sub Base, Visitor, Jive, and Zomba to name but a few, plus an appearance on a Ministry Magazine Cover CD, Tempo can boast an impressive discography. The resulting track from these two artistic forces coming together, Go Solo, is a standout coalescence of dance music. As if that isn’t enough, Nathan Coles & David Coker apply their inimitable talents to the remix, jiggling things up like a snow shaker on acid. On the B-Side, South Coaster Rich Jones’ offerings for this release are heads down tech vibes with a deep and tribal twist, with earthy and organic sounds amalgamated with electronic and abstract being the order of the day. The Winter Lands puts you in mind of a jazzy tribal work out, whilst Egarande chugs steadily like an intergalactic locomotive.
