Wael B joins the Triplefire Music crew with a superb 3 track EP. When we first received his tracks, they went straight into the dj box and were played out constantly from Cape Town to Switzerland. It was only a few months later that we contacted Wael to sign the release and thankfully, we were just in time. First up is the feature track, Empty Roads. For a man from Tunisia, he sure got the African groove going. Right from the start, the rhythm just flows while emotional chords take the mind to new places. The percussion and groove in this one is just perfect. Next up is BYOT. Another rhythmic masterpiece with a darker edge to it. Great for the tech-house and techno fans. Solid, rhythmic groove and great chord progressions keep this track evolving throughout. Defy U closes things off on a manic techno tip. Again, great rhythmic elements drive the track, forming a bed for some crazy vocal bits and synthetic sounds to keep this track on a high buz. With some serious club testing for many months and dj support coming in from all over the world, Wael B has hit the Triplefire nail on the head with his Empty Roads EP.
