Based solely on the sampels of cheese, biscuits and their voices the characters Cheesy and Terminator Kjex come across as Philias Fogg on helium and Grandmaster Flash on valium. Producers Tore Jazztobakk and Hi-Fi Haavik have had a mouthfull of chewing, sliceing, frying, crushing and destroying exotic cheese & biscuits in the production of this EP. The first track "Have You Seen The Moon In Dallas" is an exotic housemonster with a marimba-like hook wraped around bossachants and cheesys lamenting vocoder; watching the moon in the Dallas nightsky, wishing he was home. The song has been remixed by New Yorikan Maurice Fulton (Mu, Eddie and the Eggs, Tigersushi, Output, Trancefusion) and turned into a beautiful and laidback mutantdisco track filled with strings. The B side features "Hastaluego Manchego". An ode to the famous spanish cheese. It's a disturbing and noisy house affair with Cheesy's screaming funked out vocals on top. Ritz packages are being torn and manchegos gets molested. Rip! The song is remixed by Martin Horntvedt (Jaga Jazzist, Smalltown Supersound) and guided into a fantastic electronica dancehall territory with funky choirs and upbuilding melodies.
