we are getting seriously addicted the music coming out of the Patrik Carrera camp right now.. with his previous releases on baroque and now this more melodic double header on Method. Dutch Popcorn has a great percussive backbone to it, but the real excitement starts when the grooving sliding synths come in, with big room production.. reversed and swaying sounds weaving their way throughout. Dum Dum Drums continues the melodic vibe, with a soaring bass and sweet single notes working their magic from the off. things then open out as the melody drops and then rises again with chord changes and layred sounds giving this its big room feel.
