Real calypso heat generated an overwhelming response from the limited mailout with key bods including Roger Sanchez, Hardsoul, Kaskade & Richard Earnshaw, all loving & supporting this summer time jewel. Now with the summer in full swing, Rasmus pulls in a few favours for “Demanda - Part 2” from 2 house music aficionados - Salted’s Miguel Migs, and one half of the S.U.M.O. production team - Alf Tumble. As you’d expect from a man of Mig’s experience, his vocal & dub mixes fall nothing short of excellent - the hooky guitar rolls from the start, with the vocal & new melody riffs working in perfect harmony - it’s a real treat on the ears, and has all the makings of being a summertime dancefloor fave. Alf’s mix brings in a breezy jazzy-edged vibe fused with a stabby bass…a smidge of electro (and only a smidge!) adds a jacking energetic flavour, whist the chopped up vocal adds a whole new direction to the track, opening up the floor to a whole new crowd.
