The musical eclecticism of N.D. a.k.a. Flux arrives at NuLabel with Conventional Methods EP.
Christopher Buhagiar (N.D. a.k.a. Flux) lands from Safi (Malta) to sign his first full work for NuLabel: Conventional Methods EP. However his style is well-known for NuLabel's followers as he participated in our Menu Degustacion EP.
The first track of Conventional Methods is Block, categorical Techno with perfectly shaped rhythms that are powerful and dark.
The next track, which names the EP, has a Minimal beginning where Flux interpolates his particular groove creating a mixture of fresh and dark sounds. It also has a magical rhythm progression from Minimal to Techno.
With the next track, Error Stat, the islander artist shows his most experimental side playing with the same repetitive and deep beginning of Blook until it turns the track into a rhythm box trapped inside a loop.
Lastly, the last Flux' creation in this 46th NuLabel's reference, The Capitalist, submerges us into a raw and dense Techno that slowly evolves as the low-pitched sounds lose protagonism.
