After a first exclusive VA on beatport, COSMO is back again with its first EP. This release will be out on vinyl and digital. Cosmo first EP is a very hypnotic release. It has been produced in studio in Casablanca, Morocco with Masomenos , Adil Hiani and two special guests:   Maalem Hassan : vocals & guembri (a three stringed skin-covered HYPERLINK "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bass_guitar" bass  which has the same acoustic function as the membrane on a HYPERLINK "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banjo" banjo and a mystical cavernous sound Senhaji : voices and derbouka (Oriental Middle-Eastern drum) The songlist includes : Post-Communism in Casablanca : recorded in live conditions, the track relates the story of a young overconfident man who was so blindly bold and mislead by the belief in his superior power that he believed he could fly and fell to death after he jumped from a mountain. Les hommes du bois sacré : a groovy track featuring an African sorcerer boasting about his skills and how they would help anyone not to be scared by visions in the forest. Le cas barrettes : recorded in live conditions, this is the longest and craziest track  where the guembri takes the lead.
