Seven days a week, 24 hours a day ByteFM focuses on the many different aspects and styles of modern popular music and culture. The programs on ByteFM feature all kinds of musical genres, from alternative rock to country, from techno to dubstep, reggae, french chansons and many other musical styles. They are hosted by about 100 music-journalists from all over the country. The many different shows on ByteFM feature new and old releases, interviews with bands and musicians, as well as background information on many different scenes and genres. He has hosted his program Der Ball ist Rund for 25 years at hessischer Rundfunk in Frankfurt and now works for ByteFM. Klaus Fiehe in Cologne has been working for the WDR (West German Radio) for many years and now hosts his weekly show Karamba on ByteFM. This exclusive crowd of radio hosts is joined by famous british music journalist Jon Savage, who now presents his exclusive weekly show Savage Muisc on ByteFM. The radio schedule is commercial free and free to listen to for everyone.Currently ByteFM has about 750.000 monthly listeners and is delivering now its first compilation, called ByteFM Vol. 1 - including the most wanted ByteFM songs from 2011 like Azure Ray, Emika, An Horse, Gil Scott Heron & Jamie XX, Motor City Drum Ensemble, Trentemöller and more.
