Ifonika Recordings introduces artist Blake Harper to the fold with more progressive wonders. White Rabbit and Black Rabbit are both inspired by Blake's late night sets at RISE afterhours in Boston (USA).
White Rabbit begins with progressive heavy bass linked to echoing euphoric synth lines that drive the track to the fore; the breakdown presents a reflection of wonderland with its surreal dream-like synths and atmospheric sounds before we are welcomed by the final surge of miraculous progressive sounds.
Black Rabbit is a deeper and darker interpretation of White Rabbit where wonderland gets turned on its head with elements of progressive techno that resonate a darker ambience. The groove is formed of low ends and euphoric leads much like White Rabbit, but with an added layer of progressive techno and trance ambience giving Black Rabbit a psychedelic industrial symphony. The melody of the track increases throughout forming a surreal soundscape which is accompanied by an amazing and stunningly constructed vocal cut.
