Incorrect Music is pleased to present Basis I, the new compilation that kicks-off a quarterly series of samplers showcasing material that is the foundation of the Incorrect sound. The six tracks on Basis I feature the work of twelve Incorrect artists, and Robot Needs Oil starts things off properly with "The Day The World Ended," a rave-inspired techno anthem. Philadelphia duo Taurus & Vaggeli bring us "Junk In Your Trunk," a funky-tech rocker that's already a must-have in Carl Cox's crate. "Kobo" is a primal techno bomb produced by Soundwire, a side-project of Christopher Norman and Matt Herdman. Anthony Attalla delivers a bouncy & energetic take on "Unnopiuvoglia", a track by tech house tastemakers Presslaboys. Incorrect newcomers Kotov & Wilde keep the late-night vibe going with their brooding deep house track "Replace All." Rounding out the package is the irreplaceable Patrik Björkman with his mix of the debut Meds Gone Wrong track "Team Bang." An epic "big finish" in every sense, its druggy rhythms will propel any crowd into the early morning.
