BLACK&WHITE ORANGE RECORDS proudly presents the latest release of our Danish Tech House producer FLIP. The two original tracks Baleares and Bal Masque are as groovy as it gets and very lofty and ambitious. Both productions are influenced by percussive drum elements and sexy vocal snippets which makes each track crack the walls on the dancefloor. Whereas Baleares has a more deep and driving vibe with a killer beat and squelching synth stabs, Bal Masque in the other hand expresses a more funky mood with a wonderful drum arrangement, assorted percussion parts and an interesting vocal story all on top of a very lively bassline. FLIP makes serious headway with each of his productions and reflects his passion for moody yet fabulous House music. On remix duties for these two original tracks were once again PHILIPP ORT and CURIOUS GEORGE&THE AGENT which both have been infamously receiving high praise for their recent remix works on Black&White Orange Records. PHILIPP ORT provides a very deep and melancholic interpretation of the Baleares original mix. Its laconic bass driven groove and crunchy analogue synth line works fluently with the banging yet minimalistic drum arrangement. The CURIOUS GEORGE&THE AGENT remix of FLIP's Bal Masque track takes the funky idea of the original onto a whole new level. The stripped-down version with its steady bassline is grooving along nicely to the smoothly arranged drum parts and the vocals have been put into the center of the production which gives this remix a certain touch of 'modern' House music.
