Yo Montero is a french artist born in 1984 in the south of France. Since 2006, he played in different clubs in France, Spain, and Germany with Ian Cris as a duo, Yo Montero & Ian Cris. They played with artists like Paul Kalkbrenner, Sascha Funke, Kiki, Robert Babicz, Kiko, Re:Axis, Nico Grubert, Olivier Giacomotto...in clubs like Morlox (Berlin/GER), Bukowski (Heilbronn/GER), Pagoa (Oiartzun/SP), OPA (Paris/FR), La Villa Rouge (Montpellier/FR), Pagoa (Irun/SP), BT59 (Bordeaux/FR), S-Kandalo (Bordeaux/FR)... During 2 years, they released different EP's and remixes on different labels like Code2records (GER), Tao-Dan (FR), WTR (FR),... Their EP "Wet Call" (with remixes by Re:Axis and Miss Sunshine) on Monocline records (PTG) received support from Maetrik, Miro Pajic, Tony Rohr, Franco Bianco, DVS1, Kane Roth, Franck Valat, Alexx Wolfe, Someone Else and more... Working now on a new project as a single artist, Yo released his original track "Heads or Tails" on the fruity label Frucht (Berlin/GER). He's working on new projects to make mixtures between deep atmospheres and solid grooves.
