Tall Sasha is a European-raised Producer / DJ based out of San Francisco, USA where he has been following the footsteps of other famous San Francisco DJ’s. As a young child he had two passions, sports and music, but basketball earned him a new life in America as a teenager and led to a Master's degree. However music came back to him when he fell in love with DJ- ing, beginning by DJ-ing at San Francisco’s underground parties and building a huge local following, sharing the stage at famous Ruby Skye with some of the world’s top names including David Guetta, Avicii, Ferry Corsten, Axwell, Roger Sanchez and Kaskade. He's toured internationally throughout Europe and Asia and wanted to share the rush and love behind the DJ booth so he started a DJ school (DJ4LIFE Academy) where he would personally teach hundreds of students how to spin and even give them a chance to perform live before his sets. This concept was recognized by a special grant from Heineken Music and a feature story in USA Today. But DJ-ing just wasn't enough, so Tall Sasha began to produce, creating songs infused with beautiful melodies, lyrics he usually co-writes, and superb amounts of energy. Producing for just under a year, his bootlegs resulted in thousands of downloads, critical acclaim from music press, and a worldwide following of tens of thousands on his Facebook and Soundcloud. His second original song, Stargate, soared to number #31 on the Beatport Progressive House chart and his third original song, Revolution soared to #22 on Top 100 and earned comparisons to Hardwell, Nicky Romero and Wolfgang Gartner. With dozens of original productions, collaborations and remixes in the works, including a forthcoming collaboration with an artist who's topped the charts in the UK, US and Europe, Tall Sasha is poised to break out internationally and help define the new wave of dance music.
