Patch Werk, real name Aleksey Pavlov, is a San Luis Obispo based DJ and Producer with a ample passion for upbeat electro and progressive house. Withhis recent start in 2010 Patch Werk has asserted himself onto the scene quicker than most, having his first Beatport release in April of 2012.His most recent releases have already seen support from the likes of Markus Schulz, Organ Donors, Taylor Thomas, Freq Status, Valerna, Hi-Tem and Ryan Enzed. Currently Patch Werk attends Cal Poly, in San Luis Obispo, where he received an undergraduate degree in Physics and is now pursuing a master's degree in Aerospace Engineering. His understanding of these complex subjects greatly influences how he produces music. Taking a very scientific and mathematical approach, in the studio Patch Werk can be seen analyzing waveforms and graphicequalizers to make sure every frequency sounds perfect. As a devoted student and musical producer Patch Werk shows no signs of slowing downanytime soon.
