Jorge Camacho and Bjerk Peterson, originally from Miami and Tijuana, began developing their sound in Monterrey, Mexico. With a production style consisting of compositions laced with analog synths inspired by undeground techno, prehistoric music and experimental minimalism. Their debut Flood EP, supported by fellow producer/biologist Max Cooper (Traum/Systematic Recordings), was highly remixed and featured on a compilation album with the illustrious UNKLE (Surrender All/In My Room/Innervisions). After relocating to Europe, nonus has played venues ranging from Barcelona's legendary ElROW and the sexy OPA in Paris, to Frankfurt's abandoned Klapperfeld Prison. Since 2012, nonus has set up residence in Berlin, playing in such clubs as Morlox, Urban Spree, R19 and Loophole to name a few.
