MATRiXXMAN... a man known IRL as Charles McCloud of 5kinAndBone5, presents a radical paradigm shift in today's underground dance music production scene. Although primarily trapped in a digital cascade of floating alphanumeric text, somehow he has seen consistent press from elite UK tastemakers Fact Magazine for his garage inspired tunes whilst his recent rap productions for artists such as Le1f and Mykki Blanco have garnered him heavy praise from Fader, Pitchfork and Rolling Stone. As if all that wasn't already maniacal enough, he has been steadily brewing his own brand of dance music that employs the heavy use of vintage analog drum machines and synths. Along with comrade Vin Sol he has founded his own label, Soo Wavey, which focuses on forward thinking interpretations of classic house and techno with the distinct flavor of eras long lost.
