LAURA LYNN (previously known as HEATESCA) is an electronic music DJ and producer based in Portland, Oregon. Her influences come from underground deep house, tech house and techno with older roots in indie dance, italo disco and electro pop. Born into a musically driven family and and having a life long romance digging for music for her own satisfaction, LAURA LYNN decided it was time to share her passion and love of the music with others. She began DJing in Southern California in 2009 and after a few years of honing her technical skills and carving out her unique sound as a DJ, she knew she wanted to produce the music she loved to hear and play. After a year of learning how to work comfortably in Ableton and brushing up on her previous knowledge of piano and song composition, she released her first original single in October 2013 with seasoned techno and tech house producer Art of Hot called "The Heat."LAURA LYNN has the ability to move between many different genres with ease, and her subtle and smooth mixing style in turn reflects her positive and engaging presence behind the decks. She has played gigs in LA, Las Vegas, Boise and Denver and Seattle. Last summer she played her first outdoor festivals including the legendary Sunset Campout outside of San Francisco and the new What The Festival in Oregon with many well known artists and DJs from multiple genres of electronic music.
