Joel West

Joel West is a resident at Gorgomish Afterhours and frequently plays Vancouver's locally produced day-time events like Leave Us Lost, Sunwave, and Monstercat Compound (Groundwerk Stage). Joel recently released his single “Resistor” on Dense & Pika's Kneaded Pains label, with remixes from MSTRKRFT and The GOAT. Joel has opened for international touring talent like Layton Giordani, MSTRKRFT, D-Unity, Dave Angel, Gene Farris, Ardalan, Kevin & Dantiez Saunderson, DJ Heather, Ardalan, and others in venues such as Open Studios, MIA, Gorgomish, The Beaumont Studios, The Hifi Club, and more. Joel has played multiple times at Shambhala, Electric Love Festival, Festivus, and FozzyFest. In 2018, Joel played Melkweg in Amsterdam during ADE.
