Together on the road since 2005, GP & Frankie aka DOS, have turned their brotherhood into music. They are part of IANUS 71 and based in Milan, seeking new expressions of contemporary electronic music and “club thinking” where quality is a constant feature. With the other outcoming artists they represent a reference in the city scene. Despite others, as today, isn’t possible to give them any label or definition to their studio works not even to their live performances. The reason is the development of an eclectic sound made of fine deep house, raw techno, disco and funk music, showing their similar soul. Their taste is celebrated in their monthly release podcast. Turntable, vinyl and their beloved 1970 Bozak vintage mixer: is what makes them so successful.2012 is the year of the start up of their own label CONTEMPORARY ISSUES and the release on many international labels such as IANUS 71.
