The COLD BLANK project was born in late 2008 as a concept by powerhouse producer Chris Gaspar, joined by veteran disk jockey Manuel Luquin shortly after it’s inception. After successfully establishing themselves as a household name and releasing their groundbreaking LP The Agenda in 2012, the duo indefinitely reached an endpoint in their collaborative venture. It began as an alliance, fusing Gaspar’s BURN THE FIRE brand with a wildly successful party in Los Angeles called Smash Disco founded by Luquin. COLD BLANK has played a large role in shaping the scene and sound of the Los Angeles party world. The duo toured all over North America, New Zealand,Australia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and South Korea, performing at various electronic music festivals. Official remix credits range from artists like Cypress Hill, Rusko, Damian Marley, Steve Aoki,Z edd, Chuckie, Robbie Rivera, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and several others. When 2012 turned to 2013, Manuel determined it best to pursue his own endeavors, leaving Chris in full control of COLD BLANK.As of now, the executive producer of Cold Blank, Chris Gaspar has several projects in the oven including new originals and various collaborations nearly set for release.
